This is one of those ideas that “just popped into my head”. I was invited to teach felting at a local school, and there would be six back to back classes of junior high school students. The wonderful art teacher loves introducing new and fun mediums to the kids, and at this age group with just 50 minutes in a class – I don’t know how she keeps up.
I asked for guidance, and this idea for what I call the Unity Felt Mural Project was given to me. Act on those inspired ideas! Since this first group who created six interchangeable murals, we have sent off even more to other organizations and schools.
